Why turn a Reel into text
A Reel lasts under a minute, but the first three seconds decide whether anyone keeps watching. When you read the transcript instead of watching again, you see how the hook is built, how the points follow each other and how it ends. That is useful if you make your own Reels, study a competitor or collect ideas for scripts.
Text also makes a Reel searchable and quotable: you can copy a line, check what exactly was said or save a whole video as a note.
How to do it
- Open the Reel in Instagram, tap Share and choose Copy link.
- Open the Fish bot in Telegram and paste the link into the chat.

Good to know
- The Reel has to be public. A Reel from a private account, or one that was deleted, cannot be loaded.
- The text is only as good as the sound. Loud music, several people talking at once or a very quiet voice make the transcript less accurate, so check names and numbers before you quote them.
- Each transcription is counted in minutes of the video, so a short Reel uses very little of your allowance.
